2. The console wars are easily one of the most stupid things to exist on the Internet. Why so many of you idiots continue to bash the console you don't plan on buying is utterly ridiculous. If you own a PS4, why do you (pretend to) care that the Xbox One MIGHT have a slight hardware disadvantage (which many notable industry luminaries say it doesn't)? If you're not buying it good for you. You trumpeting on the forums and comments that the Xbone is inferior will not stop anyone from buying it.
I'm only bringing up this particular example because it's the one I see most often, but it goes both ways. I mean, if you can RATIONALLY EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK one system is inferior/superior (and don't say that said system IS worse; say that you THINK it is). And this goes for PC elitists as well. If we lived in a world in which consoles were genuinely inferior to PCs, then no one would even OWN a console in the first place. There's a place alongside PCs for consoles, and vice versa. Neither is truly inferior to the other.
I guess the upshot of all this is that the Internet should stop b*tching so *** much. I know it's a lot to ask, but please, act your age. I know for a fact that five-year olds do not post comments on game articles, but to someone unfamiliar with the Internet, that's exactly as it appears.
So just sit down, keep your immature *** tongue in your head, and allow yourself and others enjoy the next generation in peace.
